You Will

Develop a Winning Strategy and Execution 
● Define Possip’s marketing strategy, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) 
● Quickly drive and test campaigns to determine the most effective tactics 
● Hit monthly ROI (return on investment) goals 
● Drive 3-5X year over year growth in customers, platform contributors, and users
● Manage vendors and/or team members to achieve ambitious goals (website, design, analytics copywriting, content creation, digital ads, social media, video) 
● Work with Possip’s Sales, Customer Experience, Tech, and Reporting teams to maximize the impact

Generate a Connected Brand That Generates Strong Partners 
● Drive lead generation for our sales team 
● Work with our Customer Experience and Sales teams to develop paid and organic campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement 
● Develop a conference and event strategy that promotes Possip’s insights and brand
● Drive excitement and enthusiasm for Possip’s new product features and services 

Develop Communication and Content That Strengthens Possip, Schools, and Communities 
● Tell the story of Possip, our customers, and product users to growing audiences
● Create marketing communication cadence and content for segmented customer, partner, and user groups

Create a Diverse and Thriving Community for Schools, Families, and Staff 
● Partner with our Sales and Customer Experience teams to build virtual and in-person events and interactions that strengthen brand and community 
● Leverage marketing to build and strengthen a thriving Posip community
