Possip Sales Development, Associate
Possip is accelerating our growth. As an Associate, Sales Development you will be responsible for work that enables us to source and develop new business for Possip in new territories. This work includes research, data entry, and prospect qualification. Reporting to a Director, Sales, you will be part of our Sales and Marketing team.

You are self-motivated, detailed oriented, and love digging through data to uncover new information. You also love talking to people and learning about their needs, vision, and experiences. You are highly organized and have the ability and motivation to gather and input data strategically. You thrive within routines and structure and can solve problems quickly and independently. You are as comfortable talking to engaging people as you are doing research. You are comfortable with technology and systems like Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, and Powerpoint.
This person will work directly to research and reach out to school districts, organizations, and communities nationwide as we build a pipeline of prospects to support our sales goals.
You will:
Your work includes but is not limited to:
- Work alongside Possip’s sales team in the sourcing of targeted groups and decision makers
- Research and create detailed spreadsheets overviewing the nation’s largest school districts, organizations, and communities
- Create in-depth reviews on prospective contacts and organizations
- Input and update data in Hubspot
- Call up to 100 prospective partners per week
- Support broader sales and marketing initiatives based on need
- Track and analyze data to identify trends
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with:
- Supercharged organizational skills (but not a perfectionist – or at least working on it 🙂)
- Great verbal and written communication
- Comfort with data analysis and organization
- High level of initiative and personal responsibility
- Detail oriented and results-driven
- Flexibility with comfort in ambiguity
- Record of achievement in academics, leadership, and/or employment
- Comfort working in Google Sheets(or Excel) and learning new technology, as needed
- Participate in events and conferences in territory to build prospect relationships.
- Travel 3-6 times per year.

- Nashville, TN Prefered location
- Base Salary range is $50,000-$60,000 with opportunities for bonuses upon hitting targets
