To see that over 50% of our Possip feedback was in another language, I felt more confident in the data, that we were hearing from the communities that we actually serve. And just an overwhelming amount of gratitude… The loudest voices can lead to an inaccurate perception of the overall experience, so it’s allowed us to be more cognizant of the reality.
It’s become an easy vehicle for joy…and allowed us to give our community regular, authentic celebrations. It helps us keep small problems small. If people have an avenue to communicate and we have a chance to intervene at the point of initial concern, then we’re able to stop issues from snowballing.
Possip has helped me quite a bit in my job. Taking those open-ended questions and pulling them together. I can see patterns from comments that are provided and that allows us as a system to take action. And so that’s really been the best thing for us.
