Job Description

Possip is accelerating our growth.  Our ideal team member is passionate about our mission of strengthening kids, schools, and communities through the power of feedback – and excited to grow our impact and revenue through acquiring new partners. You will lead Possip’s work in our West or East coast territory.

  • Creating strategies and plans to reach predetermined goals or quotas

  • Leveraging organization to remain  in regular contact with your clients, partners, or people to understand and meet their needs
  • Negotiating deals or agreements

Extra credit:

  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Substantive relationships in districts, schools, and communities
  • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot), social media tools, or design tools
  • Fluency in a language other than English
  • Passionate about education, diversity, and entrepreneurship

Location

This role can be remote with a preference for Greater Los Angeles/San Diego, Florida, Philadelphia, or the Greater NYC/New Jersey or Greater DC (DMV) area.
